Shipping policy

Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days, as each arrangement is thoughtfully handcrafted.
We currently offer local hand delivery within approximately 60 km of Utopia, Ontario, including Simcoe County and surrounding areas.
Complimentary local delivery is available on qualifying orders over $150.
If you require delivery outside our standard service area, please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.
Each arrangement is carefully packaged and transported to help ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Due to the delicate nature of preserved and dried botanicals, minor natural shedding may occur during transport.
If your arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photographs so we may assist.
