Due to the nature of our work

Each arrangement is handcrafted using preserved, dried, and curated botanical elements. Natural variation in colour, texture, shape, and movement is part of the design character and makes every piece unique.

Because of the delicate and artistic nature of these creations, all sales are considered final.

If there is an issue with your order

We want you to love your arrangement.

If your piece arrives damaged or there is a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the arrangement and packaging so we can review the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

a repair
a partial store credit
replacement of damaged elements
or a case-by-case resolution

Delivery & handling

All arrangements are hand-delivered within our local delivery area to help ensure safe transport and presentation.

Once an arrangement has been accepted at delivery, Utopian Trimmings is not responsible for damage caused by:

improper handling
exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or heat
pets or children
accidental tipping or breakage

Custom & commissioned pieces

Custom designs, commissioned work, event florals, and reserved pieces are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun.

Care considerations

Preserved and dried botanicals are delicate by nature and should be handled gently. Shedding and slight movement during transport are normal.

For best longevity:

keep arrangements indoors
avoid humidity and direct sunlight
lightly dust when needed using a soft makeup brush or cool low air setting
